A Doggy Blast At Pet-A-Palooza

Northern California’s largest free pet event was held at Elk Grove Regional Park on June 2nd. Hosted by Now 100.5, KHTK, Mix 96, and KNCI, the event was spectacular. It was an event you shouldn’t have missed.

Pet-A-Palooza

Dogs of all breeds, shapes, and sizes roamed around Elk Grove Regional Park at Pet-a-palooza. Tons of various pet vendors, animal rescue organizations, and other organizations circled the park. Additionally, a giant stage that hosted entertainment for the warm Sunday afternoon. More thrilling was the agility course for dogs as well as the giant doggy pool.

Elk Grove residents, as well as visitors from all over California, zoned into Elk Grove Regional Park. A galore of dogs strolled along with their owners. Despite the number of animals around, the park was quite calm and orderly. The attendees were all happy as well as their dogs.

While the event was mainly for dogs, there were food vendors serving awesome food such as tacos and garlic fries. Additionally, some vendors provided free food such as San Francisco Bay Coffee. There was plenty of food to go around.

Overall Experience

Overall, the Pet-a-palooza was a wonderful event for all. Families came out with their children and dog companions for a great day. Everyone was super friendly and the community created a great memorable Sunday.
