For those needing a safe, warm place to stay this winter, the Elk Grove Homeless Assistance Resource Team (HART) is set to operate its Winter Sanctuary at Elk Grove United Methodist Church. HART will offer the program for its seventh year.
The program will also offer support provided by Sacramento Self Help Housing, Elk Grove Food Bank Services, and the City of Elk Grove.
