Robbery By Big Horn Boulevard & Civic Center Drive

Robbery In Elk Grove

On Saturday June 23, a male pedestrian was robbed by Big Horn Boulevard and Civic Center Drive. It was approximately 8:30pm when this crime occurred in a residential neighborhood.

A dark colored car approached the victim and three African American men surrounded him. Two of the men showed guns and demanded the victim’s property. Fearing for his life, the victim complied. Consequently, the reporting of the crime was delayed because the victim’s cell phone was taken. There were no other witnesses to the crime.

All three suspects are described as African American and between 20-30 years old. One suspect had on a red and black shirt. Another suspect had on a red shirt, according to the Elk Grove Police.

This is a highly populated area of Elk Grove. Residents in this area are expressing surprise at this incident. Many parents are worried about their children walking home from school.
