Grand Opening Of Pho Bistro In Elk Grove

Grand Opening Of Pho Bistro In Elk Grove

So we have been to Pho Bistro’s soft opening and it’s been great. Now, we have its grand opening and we are thrilled!

First Impressions

A new and exciting pho restaurant opened its doors on November 1st to its patrons in the community of Elk Grove. This pho restaurant is named Pho Bistro. Pho is a traditional noodle soup dish that originated from Vietnam and Pho Bistro is all about representing this dish with a modern-day twist. Not only do they serve Pho, but they also serve other traditional Vietnamese dishes that are delicious and worth trying.

Atmosphere

Upon walking through the door, I was greeted and seated immediately by friendly staff. This place is clean and has a friendly atmosphere. It’s simple and clean which is always good. I can tell you it’s spacious for big and small groups as well as strollers. Moreover, there are comfortable seats and tables.

Menu

Pho Bistro serves many traditional Vietnamese dishes such as noodles, banh mi (sandwiches), com tam (rice plate), and bun thit nuong (vermicelli with charbroiled meat). Some of the noodle dishes that they serve are pho, bun bo hue, and hu tieu. The menu is simple and easy to read.

Food

Pho Bistro Dac Biet

This restaurant is extremely  good for meat lovers. The P1 Pho Bistro Dac Biet is stacked with beef ribeye and served with two rib bones with meat attached. It’s so much meat and soup and noodles.  Moreover, it was delicious. For anyone who loves Pho Bo (Beef noodles), this is a must-try at Pho Bistro. I got so excited when they put this in front of me.

Hu Tieu

Hu Tieu is a noodle soup with all toppings of shrimp and beef. This bowl is a large portion that is definitely good. I found the soup to be very flavorful.

Appetizer

Goi Cuon Thit Nuong & Tom

If you like spring rolls, Pho Bistro’s are definitely a great appetizer to try. It’s satisfying and yet very refreshing.

Cha Gio

This fried egg roll was definitely a great starter. Filled with meat, it’s super good and crunchy.

Drinks

Ca Phe Sua Da

Vietnamese Coffee with condensed milk is definitely my go-to drink when I get a chance to drink it. I really liked Pho Bistro’s version.

Overall

Overall, Pho Bistro delivers super modern Vietnamese food with large delicious portions. The staff is super friendly and helpful for all the questions you have. Also, the place is decorated simply and has a nice contemporary feel which is atypical of most Vietnamese restaurants. The patrons come and go with a smile. We did too.

Pho Bistro did not disappoint and we were definitely full afterward. I’m going to be a regular here. Definitely, check out Pho Bistro. The P1 Pho Bistro Dac Biet, Hu Tieu, Cha Gio (egg rolls) and Goi Cuon Thit Nuong & Tom (spring rolls) are a must-try!
