The Alley Holds Grand Opening In Elk Grove

On June 3, The Alley held a ribbon cutting and grand opening ceremony in Elk Grove. Located at the new address of 7440 Laguna Boulevard, Suite 111, adjacent to Seasons Asian Market, the event received support from notable organizations such as the NorCal Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce and the Capital Asian American Professional Society.

Enthusiastic attendees eagerly lined up, and at 10:30 AM, the ribbon cutting ceremony commenced. Assembly Member Stephanie Nguyen took the stage to deliver a few words, joined by Sacramento County Board of Supervisors Member Pat Hume. Assembly Member Nguyen recognized The Alley’s significant contributions to the City of Elk Grove by presenting the owners with an Assembly Award of Recognition.

The Alley is owned by siblings Mimi Pham and Danny Tran. Mimi and her husband Dai Pham are well-known figures in the community as the proprietors of Pho Bistro, renowned for their exceptional cuisine, including the popular rib eye pho.
