Great Food From Firehouse Crawfish At Delta Shores

Great Food From Firehouse Crawfish At Delta Shores

Someone, please come put out the fire at Delta Shores because Firehouse Crawfish’s fourth location is SMOKING HOT! This restaurant is brand new, built from the ground up, and is ready to serve you.

Firehouse Crawfish started in 2011 when a fireman gave up his dream career to help his girlfriend at the time to pursue her dream of opening a restaurant. She had a dream of sharing her family tradition of eating seafood fresh off its shell by cracking, peeling, sucking, and dipping.

Together, with hard work, passion, and motivation, they have built a legacy to share their family tradition with Sacramento patrons. Sacramento is lucky to now have another location to eat its delicious food.

The Menu

Don’t let the restaurant’s name deceive you as Firehouse Crawfish not only serve crawfish, they also serve many other seafood items such as shrimp, snow crab legs, king crab legs, Dungeness crab, lobster tail, clams, mussels, and oysters.

What is unique about Firehouse Crawfish is that you get to personalize your own flavor, degree of spiciness, and add in some sides such as corn and sausages.

Not in the mood to eat seafood boil?  Firehouse Crawfish also serves exclusive items for the Delta Shores location only such as blackened salmon, mac & cheese, lobster mac & cheese, and a small and big mix.

Food

The items I tried were garlic fries, first degree fusion shrimp, first degree original crawfish, first degree fusion Dungeness crab, and first degree fusion clams. All were delicious and finger licking good! . The fusion sauce was perfect as it was sweet, tangy, and savory! All of the seafood items tasted great. It would taste even better if the crawfish were fresh, which the season is coming up around the corner.

Garlic Fries

The fries were fried to crisps and had the right amount of fresh garlic. Dip your fries into any of the entrée sauce to make it even more awesome.

Crab

Crab is super delicious. Even on the more expensive side, its definitely delicious.

Crawfish

Crawfish is super good. Make sure you know when they are in season. I had this with the fusion sauce.

Shrimp

Shrimp is super easy to eat and less messy than crawfish. Yum!

Clams

I like clams a lot because you can scoop up the sauce with clam shells.

Overall

Overall, Firehouse Crawfish at the Delta Shores location was clean, nice, and modern. There is a huge beautiful mural of Sacramento painted on their wall that makes the restaurant stands out. Service was quite impressive for a new restaurant as our server was attentive, friendly, and fast.

Firehouse Crawfish is definitely a great addition to the Sacramento area.
