Fatal Crash Claims Life Of Woman, Injures Toddler

A fatal two-vehicle crash tragically claimed the life of a woman in Sacramento yesterday. Miraculously, a toddler survived and was hospitalized. The deadly accident occurred at 5:10 P.M. on Monday, June 29, near Franklin Boulevard and 21st Avenue in Sacramento. This is in the North City Farms area.

Sacramento Police Department Responds

Sacramento Police Department responded to the crash. The incident is still under investigation. Officials stated that the woman was pronounced dead at the scene. The toddler who was in the woman’s vehicle was found in stable condition and was transported to the hospital. The driver of the second vehicle sustained no major injuries. The identification of the deceased woman will be released once the family is notified. The Elk Grove Tribune sends our condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
