City Of Elk Grove Signs Two Year Contract For Project Elevate
The City of Elk Grove approved a two-year contract with Turton Commercial Real Estate. In general, the contract is to help develop Project Elevate. For those who are not familiar, Project Elevate is meant to bring businesses, entertainment, homes, and other amenities next to District56. It’s estimated that the project will finish between five to fifteen years.
Who Is Turton Commercial Real Estate
Turton Commercial Real Estate is a company that provides clients with information on how to best use their property. For Project Elevate, Turton will be ensuring that Elk Grove gets the best operators and retailers to maximize profits and popularity for the locale. In short, Turton will be a consultant on what retailers and businesses should be added to Project Elevate.
Indeed, the company is familiar with the area as well. Generally, Turton has worked on Downtown Sacramento, Midtown, East Sacramento, Old Sacramento, Roseville, and Folsom. Depending on how negotiations go, it could take up to five to fifteen years for Project Elevate to be completed.
What Is Project Elevate?
Of course, Elk Grove Tribune has heavily covered this topic in the past. There have been little updates about the project due to the pandemic, but Project Elevate is going to be a unique development. Taking input from the public, the area is meant to be a massive gathering and entertainment center for visitors. Expect to see a hotel, a movie theater, retailers, restaurants, and modern homes in the area. Lastly, Project Elevate will be placed next to District56.
