Man Threatens Victim With Knife & Steals Car

On Saturday December 8 at approximately 5PM  a male suspect threatened an Elk Grove resident with a knife and stole a car.

The unsuspecting victim had just parked his car and was unloading items from his parked vehicle on the 9600 block of Oakham Way. The suspect threatened the victim with a knife. The victim gave his keys to the carjacker who drove off in the car.

The suspect is an African American male, 20 to 30 years of age, slender build, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and a bandana covering his face. Anybody with any information is asked to contact the Elk Grove Police.
