Fatality In Northbound I-5 Accident
On Thursday, October 3, at approximately 7:55 AM, a big rig and a black Toyota Prius were involved in a fatal collision.
Both cars were moving northbound on I-5 and crashed close to Elk Grove Boulevard. The accident occurred on the fast lane, and all but one lane was opened. The accident was cleared and all lanes were reopened at 10:30 A.M.
The coroner was sent to the scene, and CHP released a photo of the accident on their Facebook page.
