Taming School Traffic

Responding to ongoing complaints about school traffic and student safety, the Elk Grove Police Department is taking a hands on approach. This morning at Arlene Hein Elementary School, the Elk Grove PD worked with students to show them how to safely monitor crosswalks. At the same time, they talked to drivers about the importance of being safe around schools.
