Party On The Palms for teens ages 13-18 is happening September 16 from 6-9pm. The City of Elk Grove, the Elk Grove Youth Commission, and Join Movement are responsible for putting together this event at Elk Grove City Hall. Admission is free. There will be a DJ, free food, games, and activities. It sounds like a fun event.
