Chief Noblett Sworn in as New Elk Grove Chief of Police
Today, the City of Elk Grove swore in their 3rd Police Chief, Bryan Noblett. Chief Noblett has more than 30 years of law enforcement experience in the greater Sacramento region. His career includes 24 years with the Lodi Police Department serving as a patrol officer, detective, Field Training Officer, Corporal, Sergeant, and Lieutenant. He was hired as Captain of the Elk Grove Police Department in 2009 commanding the Investigative Services and Field Services Divisions. He was promoted to the rank of Assistant Chief and has served as second-in-command to Chief Robert Lehner and the City’s Emergency Operations Manager since July 2015.
Chief Noblett holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. He has also completed a number of professional programs including the FBI National Academy and the Police Executive Research Forum (PERF) Senior Management Institute.
