Late Night Shoplifter Arrested At Ross Dress for Less

A late night shoplifter, 36 year old suspect Yekaterina Victorovna Tsymbal was arrested before midnight on Wednesday, December 4 at Ross Dress for Less located on East Stockton Boulevard. The suspect was detained by store personnel based on suspicions of shop lifting, a crime that has run rampant at this particular store in Elk Grove.

Responding officers quickly learned that the suspect Tsymbal was on probation and was also in possession of burglary tools. Tsymbal was arrested on scene at Ross.

Tsymbal is currently being held at the Sacramento County Jail for violation of probation, burglary, and possession of burglary tools.
