It’s Elk Grove Restaurant Week! Elk Grove Restaurant Week (EGRW) 2020 has been full of exciting places to try! Cilantro’s Mexican Grill is offering BOGO 1/2 off of soup. With that said, they truly have a good menu in general. Definitely, check out Cilantro’s for their great Mexican food.

The Atmosphere

Located in the Waterman Plaza, Cilantro’s is tucked next to Jamba Juice along with other great venues. Expect Cilantro’s to be busy during dinner time and full of friendly staff. As busy as it gets, the place is lively and very welcoming. Cilantro’s accommodates a good amount of people. Nonetheless, a good size venue with a great atmosphere.

The Food

Cilantro’s offers Breakfast plates, Soups, Salads, hamburgers, tacos, burritos, dinner plates, and everything else in between. From different types of meat to seafood to vegetarian items, Cilantro’s provides a great variety for the locals to enjoy.

Quesadilla

A simple yet enjoyable quesadilla to compliment the food. Good for kids or as an appetizer.

Tacos

Tacos at Cilantro’s are awesome. With options for different types of meats, any option will be awesome. The tacos are definitely a great option at Cilantro’s.

Fajita

Fajita’s coming out blazing at Cilantro’s. With tender meat and flavor blasting out of this dish, this is a great entree to share for the table.

Pozole

A mix of pork and hominy, this soup is great for the family. We thoroughly enjoyed the poloze as it was filling and full of flavors.

Horchata

The Horchata here at Cilantro’s is a great compliment to the food. Sweet and creamy with hints of cinnamon, I really enjoyed the horchata here. Refills are 1$.

Overall

Cilantro’s is a great restaurant the serves great Mexican cuisine for Elk Grove. The locals love it as it is one of the few places in the Waterman area. The restaurant definitely is a place to try.
