Elk Grove Man Arrested For Domestic Violence

David Capp, 49, was arrested Sunday August 19th in the very early in the morning. He and the victim got into a verbal altercation that escalated into a physical fight. Also, Capp attempted to choke his victim. He then retrieved a firearm, pointed it and threatened to shoot. Furthermore, he also prevented the victim from calling the police.

The Elk Grove Police detained and arrested Capps as he was attempting to flee. Capps was booked into Sacramento County Jail. He was later released on bail.
