City of Elk Grove Has an App for That

The City of Elk Grove offers a customer program called Ask Elk Grove. The app and website connect Elk Grove residents directly to specialty-trained customer services representatives that are at the ready to assist with non-emergency requests. A few examples of these requests could be potholes that need repair, mattresses dumped at the side of the road, street lights out, and much more. Ask Elk Grove is open 24 hours a day. A city representative will route the request to the appropriate department and then follow-up with residents.
