Pocket Road On-Ramp To Southbound I-5 Closure
The southbound on-ramp from Pocket Road Interstate 5 will close for 30 days beginning Wednesday, November 20.
Furthermore, the closure affects only eastbound traffic on Pocket Road.
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) project will construct a sound wall along the on-ramp. The construction will take place between 7 AM and 4 PM.
The development is part of the SAC 5 Corridor Enhancement Project. The $370 million project will improve 67 lane miles of roadway and build 23 miles of carpool lanes. The project will also add additional sound walls and improve the existing electrical and drainage elements.
