Elk Grove Police Search For Bank Robbery Suspect

The Elk Grove Police Department is searching for a suspect that robbed an El Dorado Savings Bank in Elk Grove on Monday morning.

At approximately 10:45 AM on Monday, an unidentified man dressed as a construction worker with a yellow jacket and white hard hat approached a teller at the El Dorado Savings Bank, located at 8973 Grant Line Road, and demanded an undisclosed amount of money.

The Elk Grove Police Department is seeking help from the community to identify the suspect. The suspect was seen fleeing the scene in a “newer dark-colored sedan, possibly a Nissan.” There were also eyewitness reports that the suspect was seen driving near Heritage Hill Drive and Calvine Road.

According to the Elk Grove Police Department, the suspect is a Caucasian male, approximately six feet tall (6′ 0″), and 185 pounds.
